Description
Voltage comparison is not less than 500mV.
Same as test 406.5 except the value is stored and used for the comparison calculation in
this test. The measurement compares the DAC voltages to the test buffer voltages. The
comparison is calculated as follows:
| [(VTEST406.1 - VTEST406.4) ´ 4.8446] - (VTEST406.3 - VTEST406.6) |
The absolute value of the difference should be less than 500mV.
