Damaged housing
Faulty 2200uF/6.3V capacitor on x86 CPU socket area -> Replaced to new 2200uF/16V

Acquisition Board to PPC Board interface board -> tested OK (TDS7704B test pass)
Acquisition Board & PPC power board -> tested OK (TDS7704B test pass)
Acquisition Board to power Board interface board -> tested OK (TDS7704B test pass)
Power supply -> tested OK (TDS7704B test pass, same power supply).
Missing heatsink on U700 IC on ACQ Board -> suspect BGA damage?

HDD reports SMART fail. Still able to boot Win98.
CD-RW in drive contains Tekscope software ver 2.5.3

Tekscope software does not run (just shows splash screen on startup and does nothing, PPC board rools "post codes")
