Some stuff need to go, to much voltage references around.
For volt-nut enjoyment, offering two modules with Linear LTZ1K for sale.

1. Fully assembled and functional revision board with LTZ1000A (24week 2014).

  • 7.13659 VDC output with +23.6°C ambient temp, according to my calibrated Keithley 2001.
  • +12...+20VDC input supply voltage. Once settled, consumes about 35mA of current
  • LTC2057 chopper amplifiers for both zener and heater sections
  • Two MAXIM MAX6610 temperature sensors (one near main opamp, second on bottom side near LTZ)
  • Vishay VPG Z202T 0.01% (120R,1K,13K) and VHP203T 70K000 0.1% precision resistors.
  • Within 1ppm window from other 4 LTZ references I have according to Keithley 2002
  • ~2 month of 24/7 operation, so not much aging
